There are many types of hydraulic pumps, such as gear pump, vane pump, screw pump, axial piston pump and radial piston pump. When selecting these hydraulic pumps, they should be summarized, analyzed and reasonably selected according to the working conditions, power, component efficiency and working functions of the host.
1. When selecting the hydraulic pump, it is important to meet the requirements of the hydraulic system, such as flow and working pressure. At the same time, the function and cost of the hydraulic pump should be summarized and analyzed, and the mode of the hydraulic pump should be confirmed.
2. When confirming the type of hydraulic pump, it should be considered to make the pump have a certain pressure storage. The rated working pressure of the hydraulic pump shall be generally 10~20% higher than the larger working pressure of the system.
3. When selecting the speed of the hydraulic pump, the requirements of the host and the allowable speed, service life and reliability of the hydraulic pump should be summarized and considered. Progressive speed (the operating speed of the pump is higher than the rated speed) will cause insufficient oil suction of the hydraulic pump, shorten its service life, and even cause damage to the hydraulic pump in advance.
First, according to the number of hydraulic pumps, it can be divided into:
Single pump, double pump and multi pump (above triple pump)
2、 According to the higher working pressure that the hydraulic pump can provide, it can be divided into:
Low pressure pump (larger pressure less than 7 MPa)
Medium pressure pump (larger pressure is less than 32 MPa)
High pressure pump (larger pressure is less than 60 MPa)
Ultra high pressure pump (higher pressure is greater than 100 MPa)
