In addition, in case of idling during operation, the oil drain screw on the pump body can be loosened first, the pump body head can be vertically knocked down several times, and then the oil drain screw can be tightened to continue operation; Do not add partial load or overload to avoid the risk of damage to the electric jack. When there is load, do not disassemble the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to parts. One high-pressure oil pipe has passed the 105Mpa (1050Kgf/cm2) test before leaving the factory. However, due to the simple aging of rubber hose, users should check it frequently, generally for six months. Disassemble the hydraulic electric pump circuit to release the pressure. If not, the oil will spray out quickly. When releasing the pressure on the cylinder head of the hydraulic circuit, loosen the hand wheel or pressure regulating screw at the relief valve, unload the pressure oil, and then block the power supply or power source to form a pressure ring. When the pressure ring compresses the hydraulic pressure, stop the oil pipe connecting device connected with the oil cylinder. Secondly, when disassembling the hydraulic electric pump, the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port, the surface of the piston rod and the inner wall of the cylinder liner should be protected from damage. It should be removed as much as possible; After disassembly, all parts shall be covered with plastic cloth. After the cotton is used, do not make the slender parts such as the piston and the stop piston rod zigzag or deformed, and use the skid to support the balance when placing.
