The hydraulic station is an independent hydraulic equipment. It supplies oil according to the requirements of the driving equipment (host machine) and controls the direction, pressure and flow of oil flow. The structural method of hydraulic station planning is mainly distinguished by the structural method of pump equipment, equipment orientation and cooling method. One is the upper test, and the other is the horizontal test.

Structural equipment can be divided into:

1) Upper vertical: the vertical equipment of the pump equipment is on the cover plate of the oil tank, which is mainly used for the constant displacement pump system.

2) Upper horizontal type: the horizontal equipment of the pump equipment is on the cover plate of the oil tank, which is mainly used for the variable displacement pump system to facilitate flow conditioning.

3) Side mounted: On the basis of the horizontal equipment beside the oil tank, the side mounted pump can be equipped with a standby pump, which is mainly used for systems with oil tank capacity of 250 liters and motor power of more than 7.5 kilowatts.

Cooling method

1) Natural cooling: It is cooled by the heat exchange between the oil tank itself and the air, and is generally used for systems with oil tank capacity less than 250 liters.

2) Forced cooling: cooler is used for forced cooling, generally used for systems with oil tank capacity greater than 250 liters. The primary technical parameters of the hydraulic station are the effective oil storage measurement of the oil tank and the motor power. There are 18 kinds of standards (unit: L/L) for oil tank capacity: 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 250, 400, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 3200, 4000, 5000, 6000. This series of hydraulic stations can achieve the following according to user requirements and operating conditions: ① equipped with integrated blocks according to the system, or without integrated blocks; ② Cooler, heater and accumulator can be set; ③ It can be equipped with electrical control device or without electrical control equipment.

Fuel tank method

1) General steel plate: the box is welded with 5MM-6MM steel plate, and the panel is welded with 10-12MM steel plate. If there are too many openings, they can be thickened or reinforced appropriately.

2) Stainless steel plate: 304 stainless steel plate is selected for the box body with a thickness of 2-3 mm, and 304 stainless steel plate is selected for the panel with a thickness of 3-5 mm, and the load-bearing part is added with stiffeners.

3) In general, it is difficult to complete the internal rust prevention treatment of steel plate oil tank. Rust entering the oil circulation system will cause many failures. The oil tank planned with all stainless steel will solve this industry problem.
