The hydraulic system is the key supporting equipment of the elevator and the fundamental guarantee for the safe operation of the elevator in the mine. The operation function and safety maintenance of its hydraulic station directly affect the safety of equipment and personnel; Therefore, the improvement planning of the electrical maintenance of the hydraulic station is extremely urgent.

At present, most of the hydraulic stations equipped with improved machines in our country have secondary braking function, but their maintenance functions are few, which brings danger to safe production. According to the field use experience, the electric control system needs to improve the secondary brake maintenance.

(1) Adding speed feedback to maintain the general secondary braking is to disconnect the safety circuit and keep the oil pressure at the primary braking pressure until the delay time is over. During on-site safety braking, secondary braking pressure is too high or overload is increased due to improper pressure adjustment, blockage of overflow valve and other reasons. If the above abnormal conditions occur during the secondary braking process of lifting the heavy load of the lifting machine, the lifting machine stops due to the lack of braking torque, so that the heavy load can be lowered to the side. This kind of working condition is very dangerous. For example, when it occurs in the wellhead direction, raising the container at the light load side will simply lead to a winding accident. In view of the causes of the above hydraulic station faults, the electric control system needs to add a secondary braking maintenance program, that is, when the machine speed is reduced to zero or the delay time is over, full braking can be completed, and the brake oil pressure does not need to always persist until the delay time is over.

(2) The oil pressure monitoring function is added to monitor the secondary brake oil pressure in real time through the pressure transmitter. When the oil pressure is too large, full braking is performed; When the oil pressure is too low, the alarm signal will be announced to prompt the maintenance personnel to find the cause of the fault.

(3) Improve the secondary braking exemption procedure At present, the secondary braking exemption of most electric control systems is jointly confirmed by the winch operation direction signal and the braking direction exemption signal, as shown in Figure 4. If the main control system exceeds the parking position, the direction signal will be exempted and the secondary braking will be recovered; If safety braking occurs, the secondary brake oil pressure is too high or overloading operation is easy to cause over winding accidents.

The optimization of the electric control maintenance procedure of the hydraulic station has avoided the damage caused by the poor oil return or too fast oil return of the hydraulic station, ensured the safe operation of the machine, strengthened the operation in the equipment management together, and ensured that the hydraulic station always adhered to the outstanding operating conditions and functions.
