The hydraulic station, also known as the hydraulic pump station, is an independent hydraulic equipment. It supplies oil as required by the driving equipment (host machine), and controls the direction, pressure and flow of oil flow. It is applicable to various hydraulic machines where the host machine and hydraulic equipment can be separated.
After the user purchases, as long as the hydraulic station is connected with the actuator (oil cylinder and oil motor) on the host machine with oil pipes, the hydraulic machinery can complete various regular actions and operation cycles.
The motor drives the oil pump to rotate, the pump sucks oil from the oil tank and then pumps oil to convert the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is transferred to the oil cylinder or oil horse of the hydraulic machinery through the external pipeline after the direction, pressure and flow regulation of the hydraulic valve is completed by the manifold block (or valve assembly), and then controls the direction conversion, strength and speed of the hydraulic motor to drive various hydraulic machinery to do work.
