What should we do when the hydraulic pump fails?
1. The hydraulic pump does not deliver oil, and the oil output is insufficient
(1) If the pump does not rotate or reverse, check the electrical components and circuits, motor rotation, connection keys between the motor and the pump, overflow valve and check valve, and troubleshoot.
(2) If the pump shaft can still rotate, check the reason for the internal fracture of the pump shaft, replace it with a new shaft, disassemble and repair the sliding pair in the pump, select the assembly clearance as required, and check the oil quality, the oil quantity of the cooler and the oil tank. If problems are found, they should be handled in a timely manner.
(3) If the pump does not suck oil and rises, first analyze the reason why the pump does not suck oil, and then take measures to solve the problem.
(4) If the volume efficiency of the pump is low, it is necessary to disassemble, clean, repair and replace worn sliding parts, wear the end face of the oil distribution plate, replace the bearing, replace the plunger, match the required clearance, and reassemble according to the technical requirements after cleaning.
2. The hydraulic pump is noisy
(1) In case of serious suction, the following measures shall be taken selectively: clean or replace the blocked filter, extend the length or position of the suction pipe appropriately, and check and tighten the sealing of the connection and bonding surfaces.
(2) In case of bubble inhalation, the following measures shall be taken selectively: exhaust during no-load operation, lengthen the oil suction pipe, etc.
(3) If the pump starts due to poor operation, check the wear of bearings and other parts in the pump, and timely disassemble, clean and replace them.
