The hydraulic system is a key component of the crane (crane, small crane, small crane). The maintenance of the hydraulic system is related to the performance and service life of the crane. The crane is powered by hydraulic pressure and is equipped with various hydraulic devices. Therefore, if the operation and maintenance rules are not strictly observed, it is not only impossible to give full play to the due performance, but also will shorten the service life of the parts. Therefore, the following items must be observed during operation. Before operation, the liquid level window of the oil tank shall be used to determine whether the hydraulic oil is filled up as required. If it is below the specified mark, it must be supplemented. When refueling, be sure to inject through the refueling filter screen, and pay great attention not to mix with impure characteristics such as oil or water of different brands. The filter element of the oil filter shall be checked after 250h of operation, and cleaned or replaced if necessary.
All valves of the hydraulic system have been fully tested before delivery, and the pressure and flow have been adjusted. Do not touch them casually. All kinds of machine parts, especially the devices of the hydraulic system, must not be attached with dirt. After operation, the dust and oil stain must be removed. The water and impurities in the hydraulic oil tank shall be removed from the bottom oil drain every half month, and all hydraulic oil shall be replaced every other year (or after 2000h of operation) (the oil change period can be appropriately extended if the oil does not deteriorate). When the crane is operating in a particularly harsh environment, the oil replacement cycle should be shortened accordingly.
After long-term operation, the hydraulic oil will produce some condensate and sediment, which should be drained regularly once a month. Drain the condensed water after the roller stops working overnight. Unscrew the oil drain plug at the bottom of the oil tank to let the dirty oil flow out until clean oil is seen. Then install the oil drain plug and add fresh hydraulic oil. No matter how long the working time is, the hydraulic oil shall be renewed at least once a year to prevent the deterioration of the oil from polluting the hydraulic system. Before changing the oil, start the engine to run and warm the hydraulic oil to facilitate drainage.
